We are a full service automotive, truck and motorcycle repair facility in the Scott’s Addition area of Richmond, VA. With 40+ years of automotive service experience between us, we decided to forgo the politics of working for a chain store and strike out on our own to provide customers with an excellent service experience. Our Mission is to provide all our customers with honest expert automotive and motorcycle maintenance and repair service, done right the first time. We provide exceptional customer service to make the customer’s visit a positive experience. We currently have 2 factory trained and A.S.E. certified technicians for all of your service needs. From engine diagnostic, to major repairs to oil changes and everything in between, we can do it all.

Matthew
Matthew has been in the car business for 27 years. From sales to parts and finally settling into the repair end over 20 years ago. He is factory and A.S.E. certified. Matthew has been a successful service manager/ owner/ technician/ diagnostician for most of that time. Having worked with Sean for most of the last 8 years, he states that while Highpoint Automotive does have a family feel, they are all about making the customer feel at home. Their main goal is to be a successful, customer oriented facility for many years to come.
Sean
Sean has been working on cars for more than 20 years. He is full automotive systems certified. Sean has been working with us for 7+ years. He can do everything from basic maintenance to removing and replacing an engine, and everything in between.
John
John is the behind-the-scene business guy. Matthew and Sean keeps the customers happy with great service, and John makes sure the business runs well.
